CDMCC Club Forms

Membership for the 2012 season is now available for just £5.00! To join the club please complete the membership form below and return to our new secretary, Paul Ervine. All membership forms, adult and youth are to go to Paul for the 2012 season. All 2011 members should have received a renewal letter in the post during December.

Licence forms will be available from 5th January but if you wish to send your form in before then, we'll post you a licence form as soon as we get them.

Please ensure the form is fully completed in BLOCK CAPITALS.

Every club member will become eligible to score points in the 2012 Adult and Youth Grasstrack Championship. Only club members will be eligible to score points in this years grasstrack championships but the event will be open to everyone.
 
Every club member will be able to sign up to recieve text and e-mail updates with information regarding club meetings and club events.
