That’s right, just one week remains until the HTM Off Road EnduroCross rolls into the picturesque village of Glenarm to form part of the Dalriada Festival Week. The illustrious festival begins this Saturday with numerous events scheduled around the castle grounds guaranteeing for all the family but you will have to wait until next Thursday before the EnduroCross takes centre stage.

Months of planning has now been put into action as Carrickfergus & District Motorcycle Club gear up for our biggest event of the season in terms of mainstream off road coverage. Preparations for the track build are underway with everything from logs to concrete pipes and barrels scheduled for delivery this week. The track will be much improved from last year but will still cater for both the Expert and Clubman riders racing throughout the night.

Entries are relatively slow to date but this is expected to pick up over the weekend with the closing date for entries anticipated to be late Tuesday evening (15th) to ensure an up to date programme is available for the spectators on the night. Spaces are available in both the Expert & Clubman classes and to enter, riders should do so online via www.carrickfergusmcc.co.uk. It’s one of the best atmospheres many will race under in the year, make sure you do not miss out!
