In two weeks’ time, Carrickfergus & District Motorcycle Club will be hosting the final Grasstrack of the season at Six Mile Water Ballyclare. The evening event scheduled for Wednesday 10th June will feature both solo and quad competitors and includes an EVO class as well as the standard graded classes for clubman and premier competitors.

The circuit has had some excellent reviews from riders who have enjoyed its flow and how it follows the natural, undulating terrain of the land. It’s definitely an event not to miss; sure what else would you be doing on a Wednesday evening?!

Thanks to event sponsorship from Scarlett DIY, MTA Process Components, Watt Motorcycles, Islandbawn Stores & Stephen Russell Motocross the club will be putting up trophies for the top three finishers overall in each class at the end of the night. These beautiful glass etched trophies were a hit at the first event and something similar will be up for grabs again this time. There may also be some additional prizes but details of these will be released closer to the time.

Entries for the event are available now on the official club website, www.carrickfergusmcc.co.uk and competitors are encouraged to enter online before the system closes on Monday 8th June. Pre entering the event saves us time on the night and allows us to put a comprehensive programme together for spectators attending so please help us out by utilising this system, it should only take five minutes of your time.
